In 2006 Reginaldo Lourenco established the Curtorim Co-operative Service Society with the avowed goal of providing much needed facilities to the people in general and to help make agriculture and particularly paddy cultivation, economically viable.

AGRICULTURE
In order to give a fillip to agriculture, Reginaldo Lourenco, through the Curtorim Co-operative Service Society provides the following free of cost to farmers in the constituency:
Fertilizer, twice a year to coincide with the two crops
Planting material as and when required
3 Tractors & 4 Power Tillers to cultivate the fields
Recently, the Society has purchased a COMBINED HARVESTER which is available for farmers in Curtorim Assembly constituency at subsidized rates.

OTHER BENEFITS
The Society also has the following available for the residents of Curtorim Assembly constituency
1 Ambulance where only the fuel price is to be paid.
1 Hearse Van where only the fuel price is to be paid
1 Utility vehicle for transporting material of various government departments, especially Electricity Department, as and when required
